This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them. By placing an order with Velora, you agree to the shipping terms set out below.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed and confirmed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, public holidays, promotional events, or unexpected delays.

Shipping Method

We currently offer standard shipping only.

Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Priority/Express Shipping: If available at checkout, this option ensures faster delivery. Costs and timelines will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

International Shipping

Velora ships to a range of international locations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier services.

For international orders, you may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that the products you order, including our toothpaste and tongue scraper, comply with any import rules or restrictions in your country. Velora is not responsible for customs delays, import issues, or additional charges applied by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as courier systems can sometimes take time to refresh.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control. These may include courier disruptions, customs checks, weather events, high shipping volumes, or logistics issues.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Packaging Notice

From time to time, our product packaging may vary slightly from the images shown on our website due to supplier, manufacturing, or packaging updates.

This does not affect the quality, intended use, or overall product standard. You will still receive the correct Velora product you ordered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Velora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
