Refund policy

Return Policy

At Velora, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

To begin a return request, please email velorawhitebusiness@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your Velora toothpaste, tongue scraper, or any item in your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away at velorawhitebusiness@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used oral care products, including toothpaste and tongue scrapers, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that is not in its original condition or packaging

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at velorawhitebusiness@gmail.com.
